Abbey Holloman

Vigil Honor

Abbey is an Eagle Scout, Venturer, and Sea Scout from Wilmington, North Carolina, and a Vigil Honor member of Klahican Lodge #331. Through her years in Scouting, Abbey has developed a deep passion for servant leadership, brotherhood, and creating meaningful experiences for every Arrowman.

Outside of Scouting, Abbey is a student at the University of Maine, where she participates in the Navy ROTC program and competes on the track & field team as a thrower.

Austin Mirando

Vigil Honor

Austin is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member from Nayawin Rar Lodge #296. He is a senior in high school and dual-enrolled at Wake Tech, and plans on studying Cybersecurity after graduating and receiving his AA. Previously, Austin has served as a two-term Section E8 Vice Chief of Training and on both NOAC and Operation Arrow Communications Staff. He currently serves on the National Communications Committee and as his lodge’s Alumni Relations Chair. He attended the 2025 National Leadership Seminar in Greensboro and has staffed numerous training seminars across the Eastern Region. Austin looks forward to an outstanding year and delivering an excellent section training program.

Dominic Walker

Vigil Honor

Meet this years Section Secretary, Dominic Walker. Dominic is an Eagle Scout from Troop 940 in Kernersville NC, and a Vigil Honor member from Sheltowee Chapter, in Wahissa Lodge #118. In Wahissa he serves as the Vice Chief of Inductions for the Lodge. He loves to be outdoors and make graphics for social media, but most importantly loves working at the first year program for Raven Knob where he has worked been since 2023. He looks forward to making communication run smooth so the section can stay efficient!!
