Nick Withrow
Vigil Honor
Meet your Section Chief, Nick Withrow! Nick is an Eagle Scout and avid Sea Scout from Greensboro, NC. He went through his ordeal in 2019, becoming a member of Tsoiotsi Tsogalii Lodge #70, where he served as DT Chapter Chief and Vice Chief of Program. In Section E8, he served as Vice Chief of Training, ICE Chair, and Conclave Chair. Nick loves swimming and sailing, and has been sharing that enjoyment with scouts at the Aquatics area at Camp Raven Knob, where he has worked since 2021. Nick is currently a sophomore at Guilford Technical Community College, where he studies Microbiology. He is incredibly excited to see the spirit and fellowship brought forth by each of the Arrowmen of Section E8 over this next year!
Section Vice Chief of Training
Austin Mirando
Vigil Honor
Meet your Vice Chief of Training, Austin Mirando! Austin is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor member from Clayton, NC. Inducted into the OA in 2022, he is part of Nayawin Rar Lodge, and has since served passionately. Some of his lodge experiences include Chapter Chief and Lodge Secretary. Austin also serves on the OA National Communications Committee, NOAC Communications Committee, Operation Arrow Communications Committee, National Venturing Committee, and as the 2025-2026 E8 Vice Chief of Training. Austin has also served on the Camp Tuscarora staff and in various other committee positions in his lodge. Beyond the order, he enjoys any outdoor and aquatics activities like hiking or scuba diving. Austin is excited to meet Arrowmen from across the section at Conclave and lodge events, and to deliver an outstanding OAX and training program.

Abbey Holloman
Vigil Honor
Meet your Section Vice Chief of Program, Abbey Holloman! Abbey is an Eagle Scout, Venture, and Sea Scout from Wilmington, NC. She is a Vigil Honor member of Klahican Lodge #331, where she is very active with the Order of the Arrow and national activities. She has served as Boatswain’s Mate of Eastern Support on the National Quarterdeck and Boatswain Mate of Program within the Sea Scouts, where she has helped develop programs for Winterfest, contributed to the Council Boastwain Handbook, and more. A fun fact about Abbey is that she was selected as one of the six Sea Scouts in the country to sail the USCGE Eagle. She cannot wait to see what Conclave brings and for the Cardnival following the Saturday night show!
Section Secretary
Dominic Walker
Vigil Honor
Meet this years Section Secretary, Dominic Walker. Dom is an Eagle Scout from Troop 940 in Kernersville NC, and a Brotherhood member from Sheltowee Chapter, in Wahissa Lodge #118. In Wahissa he serves as the Elangomat Chair and his chapters Vice Chief of Communication. He loves to be outdoors and make graphics for social media, but most importantly loves working at the first year program for Raven Knob where he has worked been since 2023. He looks forward to making communication run smooth so the section can stay efficient!!
